We’re giving one couple the opportunity to celebrate their wedding at Vallum, with a package that brings together our elegant Barn, cosy Tipi, delicious food, drinks, beautiful finishing touches and an overnight stay in a private cabin with a hot tub.
Place your bid for the chance to secure this special date. The highest successful bidder wins the wedding package, subject to the auction terms.
What’s included?
Your venue
Exclusive use of our elegant Barn and Tipi for your celebration, with a large private car park for your guests. Enjoy the warmth of the Tipi fire, our outdoor spaces and beautiful backdrops for your wedding photographs.
Your wedding food
Begin with canapés served by our team:
Local sausages in honey and mustard
Potato skins with aioli
Cherry tomato and pesto tartlets
For your wedding breakfast, enjoy roast chicken breast or a vegan sunflower roast, served with herby potatoes, seasonal vegetables and gravy.
Finish with chocolate brownies and berries, presented on vintage glass stands.
Later in the evening, tuck into a sausage sandwich station with wedges and trimmings.
Your drinks package
Celebrate throughout the day with a seasonal reception cocktail, table wine, Prosecco or shots for the speeches, and a Champagne tower.

Enjoy our garden swing, outdoor seating with cream cushions, and garden games including giant Jenga, Connect 4, limbo and quoits.
Festoon, rope and willow lighting add a warm glow as the evening arrives.
Your private cabin stay
When the celebrations end, retreat to your private cabin with a hot tub.
Your stay includes welcome drinks, nibbles, a late-night snack and a continental breakfast the following morning—the perfect way to relax together after an unforgettable day.
Your wedding day
2pm — Guests arrive
Welcome your guests as the bar opens and the celebrations begin.
3pm — Your ceremony
Say “I do” in front of your loved ones. A registrar time slot is being held for this date; you will need to arrange and book your registrars separately.
3.30pm — Confetti moment
Celebrate your first moments as a married couple.
3.45pm — Cocktails and canapés
Enjoy seasonal cocktails in the cosy Tipi, with the fire lit and music playing. Our team will serve canapés while you take time for photographs around the barns, outdoors and by the lake.
5pm — Take your seats
Your guests are seated, ready to welcome the newly married couple.
5.15pm — Wedding breakfast
Share a delicious meal with your family and friends.
6.30pm — Speeches and toasts
Raise a glass of Prosecco—or a shot—to your next chapter.
7pm — Evening celebrations begin
Welcome any additional evening guests, if arranged.
7.15pm — Champagne tower
Enjoy a sparkling celebration before cutting your Vallum-supplied cake.
8pm — Sparklers
Gather your guests for a magical evening moment.
8.30pm — Evening food
Enjoy sausage sandwiches, wedges and trimmings.
Midnight — Carriages
Say your goodbyes before heading to your private cabin. You can collect your personal belongings the following morning.
Timings can be discussed with our team, including the Champagne tower and cake cutting.
