  • Up to 60 guests (max capacity 180)
    A fully planned, low-stress wedding with everything arranged for you. Ideal for couples wanting a simple, fun celebration without extensive planning. Includes: ceremony setup, welcome cocktails, hot buffet, crisp wall, DJ, decorated tables, speeches, and evening party. Available on selected dates until April 2026.

  • Up to 80 guests
    A late-afternoon "golden hour" wedding with a gourmet burger bar replacing the traditional wedding breakfast. Includes: venue hire, ceremony, welcome drink, burger bar with sides, brownie boards, crisp wall, styling, event manager, and evening reception. Available weekdays and selected off-peak Saturdays.

  • Up to 80 guests
    A twilight wedding centred around a traditional hog roast feast with crackling, stuffing and apple sauce. Similar relaxed format to the Burger Package but with a rustic countryside dining experience.

  • An afternoon-tea style wedding featuring elegant local produce and traditional hospitality. Built around a curated tea service rather than a formal wedding breakfast.

  • The traditional Vallum wedding package. Includes exclusive venue use, event manager, ceremony setup, canapés, three-course wedding breakfast, evening food, corkage, bar service, styling items, and complimentary tasting event.

  • Completely customisable. Couples work directly with Vallum's team to create a personalised menu, styling, timeline, and guest experience. Includes menu tastings and exclusive venue access. Food can be tailored around any cuisine or cultural influence.
